A multi-action formula
Designed around more than one skin need.
Azelaic acid is the foundation of the treatment, supported by complementary ingredients selected to create a more considered daily-use formula.
Blemish-prone skin
10% azelaic acid forms the core of the formula for skin experiencing visible blemishes and congestion.
Uneven-looking tone
Azelaic acid and 3% niacinamide form a complementary active combination for a more even-looking complexion.
Barrier support
A 1.5% ceramide complex, 2.5% squalane and panthenol support the skin-conditioning side of the formulation.
Formula comfort
Bisabolol, allantoin and panthenol complement the active system with additional skin-conditioning ingredients.
Formula architecture
More than 10%.
The percentage of azelaic acid is only one part of the formulation.
Our approach combines 10% azelaic acid with niacinamide, ceramides, squalane, panthenol and selected supporting ingredients rather than treating the active concentration as the entire product story.
Each part of the formula has a role: the core active system, complementary skin-supporting ingredients, barrier lipids, emollients and conditioning ingredients work within one complete cream formulation.

- 01

- 04
Protect
During the day, finish your morning skincare routine with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
When to use
Morning or evening?
Azelaic acid can form part of a morning or evening skincare routine. If you're new to the ingredient, introducing it gradually can make it easier to understand how your skin responds.
Starting out
Build according to tolerance.
Skin responses vary. Begin conservatively, particularly if your routine already contains other active ingredients, and adjust frequency according to tolerance.
Choosing your treatment
Is this formula for me?
Skincare is personal. The right product depends on what you're looking for, the rest of your routine and how your skin responds.
Consider this formula if you're looking for:
- A 10% azelaic acid cream
- Azelaic acid combined with 3% niacinamide
- Additional ceramide and barrier-supporting ingredients
- A fragrance-free formulation
- An essential-oil-free formulation
- A multi-ingredient approach rather than a single-active story
Take a more considered approach if:
- You're completely new to active skincare
- Your skin is currently irritated or compromised
- You're already using several strong active products
- You've previously reacted to an ingredient in the formula
If you have a diagnosed skin condition, significant irritation or uncertainty about your routine, seek guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional.
The formulation
Built as a complete cream.
This is not simply azelaic acid suspended in a basic base.
The formulation brings together the active system, emollients, humectants, barrier lipids and supporting ingredients within one complete cream formulation.
Ethoxydiglycol and dimethyl isosorbide form part of the solvent system, while squalane and dicaprylyl carbonate contribute to the emollient phase. Glycerin, panthenol and the lipid complex complete the wider formulation architecture.
Final packaging photography and additional sensory descriptions will be added following the packaging update.

Ingredient research
Understand the evidence behind azelaic acid.
Product formulation and ingredient evidence are not the same thing.
Azelaic acid has been studied across a range of dermatological applications, concentrations and formulations. Those studies help us understand the ingredient, but they should not automatically be treated as evidence for every finished product containing azelaic acid.
Our dedicated evidence review separates the broader research on azelaic acid from the specific formulation information presented on this product page.
